I guess the upshot is:
- exercise
- diet correctly
- drink plenty of water
Good eating principles are:
- Eat complex carbs instead of simple carbs.
- Eat food as close to its live state as possible. (eg. fresh fruits and veggies.)
- Drink Plenty of Water--is there an echo in here.
- Get planty of sleep--not too sure if this is an eating princaple, but ut works.
